How is it different from what I use now?
Three things come up most: you pay one flat price for the whole team instead of per user, every way you get paid is recorded rather than just card payments, and you and your crew can run it in Spanish.
Do you take a percentage of my payments?
No. Card and bank payments run through your own Stripe account at the rate Stripe publishes, and we never hold the money. Cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo and e-Transfer cost nothing to record.
Does it work in Canada?
Yes. Canadian addresses, postal codes and phone formats, GST and HST rates, and Interac e-Transfer as a payment rail. Billing is in US dollars at launch.
Will you move my data from the software I use now?
Yes, and we do the work. Send us an export and we bring over your clients, properties, price list and open jobs, then review it with you before you switch. There is no charge for this.
Does the app work without signal?
Yes. Your crew can open visits, tick off checklists, write notes and take photos with no connection. Everything syncs once the phone is back in range.
