A website you do not have to build
This one is not built yet, so read it as a plan rather than a promise. Your services, your area, your hours and your job photos are already in Foldrule, and that is most of a website. We want to turn what you have typed once into a fast site with a request form that drops straight into your job list. Join the early access list and tell us what yours has to do.
Why a job tool is building you a website
Because the two are the same information. A web designer asks you for your services, your prices, your service area, your hours and some photos of finished work, then charges you to type them into a page. You will have entered every one of those into Foldrule in your first week.
And because a site that does not feed your job list is just a brochure. The request form on yours will be the same form that creates a request inside Foldrule, so a lead at eleven at night is a job you can quote at seven in the morning, not an email you have to retype.
- Built from your catalog, your area and your photos
- Requests arrive as requests, not as email
- No second tool and no second bill
What we are designing
Generated, not built. You pick a template and a color, fill in a short form, and the site renders. There is no canvas, nothing to drag, and no way to leave it half finished, because the half finished site is the one every busy owner actually ends up with.
- A handful of templates that all look right on a phone
- Home, services, about, service area, contact
- Your own domain, or a foldrule.site address to start
- English and Spanish from the same content
The search part is not optional
Most of the work that decides whether anyone finds you is invisible: page titles, descriptions, clean addresses, the structured data that tells Google you are a local business with a service area and hours. Owners should not have to know any of that, and should not be able to break it either.
So it comes switched on. The site renders as static pages that load fast on a phone on a job site, which is where most people will open it.
- Titles, descriptions and structured data written for you
- One page per service, with your own words on it
- Fast on a phone, which is where your customers are
What you can do today
The launch build already gives you the part that matters most, which is the way in. Every business gets a hosted request page with its own link. Put it in your Google Business Profile, your truck lettering or your Facebook page, and the requests land in Foldrule with the address and the photos attached.
That is a front door without a house around it yet. The house is what we are describing here.
- A hosted request page with your own link
- Requests with photos and the property address
- Your quote out the same day, from the same record
Tell us what your site has to do
Maybe you have no site at all. Maybe a cousin built one in 2019 and nobody has the password. Maybe you pay someone ninety dollars a month for a page you cannot edit. Whichever it is, that is what we need to hear before we design this. People on the early access list get asked first, and what they say moves the order of the list.

- Tell us what you pay for it
- Shape it before it is built

Straight answers about the website
This page describes work that is planned, so the answers say so.
Can I get a website from Foldrule today?
No. What you get today is a hosted request page with your own link, which you can share anywhere. The full site is on the roadmap and is not built yet.
When will it arrive?
After the launch build is solid, in the same stretch of work as parts tracking and two way texting. We are not going to give you a date we cannot keep, and the early access list hears first.
Will it cost extra?
That is not decided. Everything in the launch build is on every plan and that is not changing. Hosting a site carries real cost, so if it ever has a price we will say so plainly before you owe anything.
Can I use the domain I already own?
That is the plan. Point your domain at the site and it serves there with a certificate handled for you. Until you do, it lives at an address we give you.
What happens to the site I already have?
Keep it if it works. Plenty of owners will want the request page from Foldrule on their existing site instead, and that works today. Nothing here forces you to move.
How do I influence what gets built?
Join the early access list and tell us what your site has to do and what you pay for one now. We ask that list before we design, and the answers decide the order.
