What happens when my team grows past a plan?
You move up to the next plan when you invite the person who crosses the line, and Team is the last move you make. Nothing else changes, because every feature is already on your plan.
Is there a free trial?
Thirty days with the full product and no card. If it is not for you, do nothing and it ends.
What does it cost to take a card payment?
Whatever Stripe charges you, billed by Stripe. Foldrule adds no markup. Cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo and Interac e-Transfer cost nothing to record.
Do I need to pay for a year up front?
No. It is month to month, and you can cancel in any month.
Is there a limit on how many people I can add?
Not on Team. Solo covers one person and Crew covers a small crew, and above that Team takes your whole roster at one price. Hiring never changes what you pay.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It is yours. Export your clients, jobs, invoices and payments at any time, and closing your account removes it from our side.
